Apply online, pay the fee, then attach the issued disposal number (tag) to the waste and dispose of it at the reported date and location. Waste without a disposal number attached will not be collected.

Furniture and appliances that don't fit in standard pay-as-you-throw trash bags. Common examples include beds, sofas, wardrobes, desks, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, and bicycles.

To cancel a disposal request, contact customer service by 3:30 PM on the scheduled collection date. Disposing on a different date, location, or with different items than reported may be treated as missed collection or illegal dumping, so please dispose as reported.

Waste under 5 tons from small construction sites such as home repairs, interior work, and demolition. You can apply for mixed waste, wood, concrete, and synthetic resin via gunny-sack disposal, direct delivery to a collection site, or a dispatch request. A disposal number is issued as soon as your application is complete — attach it to the sack for gunny-sack disposal, or present it when delivering to the collection site.

The disposal date can be chosen within 14 days from today. Enter the amount as the number of gunny sacks for sack disposal, or in tons for direct delivery and dispatch requests.

Waste of 5 tons or more and designated waste (asbestos, etc.) cannot be applied for through this service. It must be entrusted to a specialized treatment company.
